Uganda: Kabaka Names Namikka Kasubi Tombs Guardian

Kampala — Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II has confirmed Nnalinya Beatrice Namikka as the rightful heir to the in-charge of Kasubi Royal Tombs, according to clan heads.
The 52 Buganda clan heads yesterday nullified the installation of the Presidential Advisor on Poverty Alleviation, Princess Irene Ndagire, as the heir. This follows the death Thursday of Nnalinya Victoria Muggale and the eventual controversy over her heir that has deepened the split in the royal family.
